acockasian
She was definately a looker as a young woman. If I could go back in time she would be high up on my "to do" list.

baa99
No matter where the NGO rents in the capitol they'll get charged higher rents. People can check the % going to admin overhead.
cavanami
The one time I brought a situation to an NGO expecting them to help, their reply, "...we have no money, you go get the money and we will help...". WTF, if I go get the money WTF do I need the NGO for IMO, many NGO's are total BS!!!
Coss
I used to have a very poor opinion of NGO's, the situation in Laos and Cambodia seemed to consist of career driven individuals, more concerned about their monetary entitlements and the next post (hopefully somewhere nice like the Bahamas). I've modified my view slightly, to, it's better to have them, than not to have them. This is because: At least the money (considerable) they spend in the local economy, is a net benefit to the locals (elite or not). And if they actually do some good, however minimal, this is also good for the locals. That having been said - Most of the NGO folk I've met in the Glorious People's Republic are pretentious, self important, entitled, money grubbing f*cks. And if I were them, I'd hang my head in shame.
