Guest
How the ISIS claim they brought down Metrojet Flight 9268 over Sinai, Egypt .. killing all 224 people on board ... The Russian government is offering a $50 million reward for information about those who brought down the plane. http://edition.cnn.c...sh-dabiq-claim/
Flashermac
Unconfirmed, but the "experts" are saying something that size could have done it. All that's needed is to blow a small hole in the cabin. The air pressure with then tear the plane apart.

StoneSoup
the "blasting cap" looks much more like a heating element No - that is a standard electrical blasting cap. I have many cycles of Army training, inserting them into blocks of C4 (or - occasionally into Banglaore torpedos) to make things go "boom". Dexi
Wonder how they got it on board ?Checks on passengers at the airport in Egypt were well known to be lax.Or,more worryingly, ground crew/maintenance people or cleaners might have done it

baa99
Of course, it could be a disinformation strategy. Everyone looks at caterers, while it was an airport agent tagging an extra bag for the flight.
Guest
Frightening how dificult it is to defend against terrorists, who choose to blow themselves and other passengers to bits on any plane they choose ...
