It may well be Mexican Labour but it has to be an Italian Consultant, after all they still have the Blueprints and the experience from back in 122 AD when Emperor Hadrian decided to keep the Barbarians out. If he didn't bury the TPP he could have used Australians. We are world renowned for building a decent fence with 3,488 miles being the longest one.
