For those living in New Zealand...did you know this?

New Zealand 'should not have' given aid to Clinton-linked project

New Zealand should not have given aid money to an agriculture initiative in Africa because of an association with Hillary Clinton, the Taxpayers' Union says.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Mfat), through the NZ Aid Programme, has given $7.7 million to a project run by the Clinton Health Access Initiative, and designed to strengthen agricultural production in Rwanda and Ethiopia and reduce childhood malnutrition....

Government set to give Clinton Foundation another $5.5 million

The Taxpayers’ Union can reveal that the Government has budgeted to give another $5.5 million dollars of taxpayers’ money to the controversial Clinton Foundation, despite Mrs Clinton’s failed US Presidential bid and controversy over improper ties between the Clinton Foundation, the State Department and donations from foreign governments to the foundation while Ms Clinton was US Secretary of State....

Nasty Evil Woman, her husband is not long for this world.

The foundation in Rwanda and Ethiopia is getting money on demonstrable results, so is doing OK despite its name.

NZ's second-ranking Washington diplomat who tweeted 'Democrats or we die' censured

New Zealand has censured its second-ranking diplomat in Washington after she sent tweets saying US Democrats needed to get their act together for the next presidential election "or we will all die."

Deputy Head of Mission Caroline Beresford later deleted the tweets and made her account private.

Today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said the tweets didn't meet its code of conduct for social media, which require diplomatic staff to maintain political neutrality and take care in expressing personal opinions.

The ministry said it was taking appropriate action, but declined further comment.

Beresford sent several tweets late last week disagreeing with an opinion column on political news website "The Hill" which said a 2020 Democratic ticket with Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren could "win big."*

*Yeah, Bernie would only be 79, and Pocahontas would tie up the Native American vote (Not!)

But seriously, this Clinton crap comes up on NewsTalkZB (NZ's top ranking radio station / right-wing conservative talkback) from time to time.

G'day Stick, wot yer reckon, about this crucifying of men involved in consensual sex here in Aotearoa?

Top law firm Chapman Tripp in new claim: Lawyer had sex with female student.

The incident, which the student said exemplified a "massive power imbalance", involved a 19-year-old female student.

So according to this incitement to crucifixion, we have to believe that at 19, no woman is capable of making her own decisions, and no woman ever, has set her cap for an older and wealthier man.

And that when males and females get drunk and naked, the only possible explanation, is that of sexual predation by the male participants.

It seems to me that when a woman cries foul in New Zealand that her word is taken as Gospel and whomever she may have accused should be castrated. NZ was always so sensible but things are getting ridiculous - and it seems that just about everything is political these days. I wonder what the real story with this 19-year old is....maybe she didn't get the plum position she thought dropping her knickers for entitled her to?
