Btw I don't count Switzerland because they are a tax haven.  In fact you can find all sorts of lists that include Luxembourg, Bermuda, Monaco, etc. above Australia.   But what do they really produce?  Come on Stick, I thought you were smarter then that - and to quote the CIA is odd.

If I were you, I'd be more worried about all the US billionaires that openly brag about  buying up New Zealand land and settling there when the US finally explodes.  NZ should tell them to fuck off and go and fix their own country.  They are the migrants you should fear.  Not the refugees who will literally be subject to genocide if they return to their homeland.  And btw are  just as smart as you and I.

I'm not in the least worried about these US billionaires. They are spending a lot of money and most will probably never relocate permanently. Like I say, migration is good if it done right - the most basic example is attracting people who have the skills to make up for where there is a shortfall locally. If there are a few American billionaires amongst them, I say "Welcome!"

Againilly, I'm with Stick.  

Also, when there's and outcry about a furriner buying a farm or farms, the land isn't going anywhere, it's still here, the sheep are still eating nz grass and fetch premium prices, providing work up the entire supply chain.  

It's only the tax paid profits that are going overseas. Kiwis forget, that since the colonisation of NZ, most of our profits have been going overseas anyway.

And still no one talks about how much, we still send to Britain and Liz and her burgeoning family of royal social media foofs.
