Fresh Airline Hell

At virtually every aircraft interior equipment fair there is somebody promoting a new seat configuration which is totally useless. Though they never forget to print their company name prominently somewhere. Which in this case means many people now know about Anvecso Design S.L.

A useful idea is what Air New Zealand is going to put into some of their ultra long distance aircrafts , economy class. 6 of them each plane and cost extra of course. Same units could be found on Philippine Airlines 747 First Class 25/30 years ago when you had a seat downstairs and an extra bed upstairs. Close the curtain and prepare for a high altitude boomboom.

So sollen die Kabinen künftig aussehen

Looks similar, though in much better condition to the "1st Class" stainless steel and painted metal bunks in the train from Bangkok to Nong Khai.

Now if the airline ones, were the same price and had room for a beer ice bucket , I'd book 'em.

An additional thought:

Trick people to pay for a bed/pod on long haul flights, once this is customary, get all-pod fit outs for the planes. Less people, more money.

And you can slow the planes down, cause people are "in luxurious comfort",  so an 11 hr flight becomes a 16 hr flight, allowing for fuel savings and green washing of the corporate image.
