Men advised against masturbating during video calls

Police have warned that men who masturbate during video calls may leave themselves open to blackmail by gangs using phoney profile photos of beautiful  women.

Quite a few Thai males, both children and adults, had already fallen prey to these gangs, Pol Col Siriwat Deephor, deputy chief of the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD), said on Tuesday

Cant believe the TCSD had to issue this warning, but makes for a good headline in the Post.

No it's a very serious problem with some suicides here of children

 

People meet someone online, they think they are friends, and get videoed then blackmailed.

 

It's particularly bad with school aged kids who are too naïve to know better, 

 

The blackmailer threatens to show the video to all their friends, 

 

It's pretty sad

If the warning was issued specifically to juveniles, I would have no comment, but adults PLEASE, some people should just box up and return their Smart Phone / Tablet / Laptop etc and return for a refund stating “I am too stupid to be let loose on the WWW unsupervised”
