"Ching Ching" can be the answer like when somebody asked you something and you want to confirm that's true you can says "Ching Ching" or can be the question like when you ask someone and you want to know for sure and confirm you can says "Ching Ching?" it can mean both question or answer. Ching Ching is like ---> Really? or Indeed.....

True actually would be "ching" (once only)

To say the word twice means that its really true (amplifying the meaning).

If its a questions (is it true), Ching would be following by Loh.

(Ching Loh)

Its the same, depends on how one spells it phonetically.

The question should have been "Ching rue" or "Jing rue". Just shows there are to many ways to write Thai using our alphabet. The only way to know exactly is if its written in Thai.
