"exactly" Thai translation please

Can anyone tell me what "exactly" would be in Thai?

I'd like to use it in "tell me exactly what he said."

Also, and I know this is reaching, does anyone know the Thai for dictate. I have to get a cousin of my wife to write an English translation of a conversation dictated to her by someone else.

Thanks much.

IMO "La-ieat" is not correct in this context.

To ask someone to explain exactly, or better "clearly" something I would use "Atibai Chat Jane".

For instance

Please help me explain this clearly = Chuay atibai nii hy pom chat jane noi khrap

Hi, not really wanting to offer you any more of a conundrum, or go against what orandanodes posted but just another alternative which I find fitting.

'exactly' in this context I would translate as dtrong dtrong, as in 'pood dtrong' - ie. to speak straight.

So... "bork (tell) phom (me) trong trong (exactly) kao pood arai (what he said)".

trong of course means straight, but in this sentence will be closer to the opposite of telling a lie.

Poot mah trong trong noi sii = Tell me the truth
