Have you done the "common property" practice yourself?

 

I just don't see how a foreigner who can have any rights to common property if they can't own property at all in LOS? It doesn't make sense to me but i will ask my real estate attorney about "common property" and the need to have two signatures for sale of property owned by a thai...
