1/. it is for Israel, not the U.N. or the U.S.A. or the world,  to pardon anyone who is Israeli.

2/. Israeli President Isaac Herzog, possesses the legal authority to grant a pardon and has indicated a willingness to consider such actions based on what is best for the state and other relevant factors. However, pardoning is typically reserved for convicted individuals and is exceptional rather than routine.

3/. So for Trump's wish to come true, Netanyahu would have to submit to being convicted first. Hell freezes over first.

4/. Pardoning implicitly says "your guilty as sin" but we'll let you skate.

5/. It does NOT say "you're innocent".
