I stand corrected. My memory is crap.

Bradmans was Soi23

What was on Soi 11? That's the Soi with the Grand President in it.

Decades ago thee was a grand old house on the left side as you walked down, a short cut to oone of the bar areas. German beer garden could be reached this way by cutting through and then a big car park

I remember eating there Khun Sanuk.

Perhaps that was the place. They had exotic birds in cages.

Do you remember the place with the circular fish tank above the bar with the shark doing laps in it?

My memory is crap too. I keep thinking Soi 11 as I used to park at the Federal Hotel on Fridays and mosey on down to The Three Roses with Uncle Bob back in 1998ish. Different lifetime. Bradman's was as you say, Soi 23, later they changed the name to Crossbow I think. Haven't been back for ages since Richard of the 3Rs passed and the place became Spanky's.

Sadly, the Federal is long gone, I loved that place! Boy if those walls could talk…

Yeah Zanzibar sounds familiar

Wasn't popular with me but nice shortcut

I stayed often at Gran President as I was living in Taiwan.

I could get a suite there for not much more than a regular hotal room.

Was a great bargain

I thought admitting you'd been around long enough to know the Federal would mean a Logan's Run type of exit.

When I started with you guys (and those) on the old boards, I was so much of a newcomer, if not innocent (impossible back then !) but here we are with no newcomers and a South Korea definition of population decline.

If I had a spare billion, I'd bring us all together for a month in the JW (my home).
