The latest example of this, gaining opportunity from one's family or wealth, is, Kai Trump, granddaughter of President Donald Trump, sits last in LPGA Tour debut.

I'm not sneering at miss Kai, far from it, I feel sympathy for her, as she fails, despite being told that her money and family are all she needs to be a big success...

She didn't even qualify for the event, she's there because of a "Sponsor's invite".

I relate a story of how side-stepping the rules and or procedures is not a good idea, even if powerful people think it is.

A medical school admissions board, who consider each and every applicant who want to go on and become Doctors, Surgeons etc, was told "let this one in, he's (***)".

So they did. (I know one of the board's members, and this is a true story)

And he failed, disastrously.  Just simple literacy, maths and cognition, all substandard.

So despite being told:  "You're going to be a Doctor, yes you are.., such a handsome Doctor, yes you are.., all you have to do do is attend class for 4 years, yes you are..,  yes you are..,  yes you are..," ad infinitum, he just didn't have any of the requisites for medicine. He dutifully made it to the 2nd year.

Dismal failure, and imagine how as a young person, feeling that you'd failed bigley, even though they said it would be a breeze, a doddle.

I'd be miserable,

The boy in the story went on the become a minor political figure in a family political tribe.

You see, being "more equal" doesn't help.

I knew a few nepo babies. Over the years…one of them had a favorite line “…that’s just the way it is…” said with an arrogant nose up. Meaning he had the advantage, his daddy paid the way etc…and that was all fine and dandy because “the way it is” was in his favor. Mind you, he hated any form of “affirmative action” or minority advancement program as “…these aren’t fair, if they don’t have what it takes, they don’t belong here…” was a laughable tart really. His dad was a doctor, he became a doctor. Yeah, he still had to put his time in and make the grades, but the pressure was more less off as no matter what, the kid would somehow find a job/career having had the wheels greased for him. When you look at a lot of the top companies, a lot of the people running them went to the same schools, knew someone to get in and started higher up, for more than most others. Simply put, there really was no competition for the job…must be nice… A friend of mine had a theory about this “not being capitalism…” he sighted the Wal Family, owners of Walmart. These kids all basically get into some podunk school in Arkansas, barely finish with whatever degree they pay for and then get a job as an executive in the family business for an insane salary. However, *IF* the family went out into the real business world, hired the better person front a better school for less money, they might actually be getting a better deal. But “…that’s not how it is” now is it..?

As I understand it, the (poorly) cock sucking whore (I saw the video) got famous when she made a sex tape (supposedly at her mothers suggestion) and hit it big…she is worth 1.9 billion due to all the modeling, perfume line etc…not sure how much she may have inherited, supposedly nothing. Her dad was worth $30 million when he died but wife #3 supposedly got it all… In any event, Kim supposedly dropped out or flunked out of high school, has a GED and attended a podunk community college…yes you can get an associates degree there, and university credit pre requisite, but you can also earn a degree in automotive repair and cattle breeding…so yeah… California has a very weird system for getting law degrees, supposedly many states do. You have to work in the field at various levels and an undergrad degree is not needed if you meet other terms, which she is presumably trying to pay her way through…oddly, $1.9 billion and she still can’t buy the degree she wants…for the most part, she is an idiot surrounded by people who can control her and exploit her name/face/body etc for the gain of all…

     On a related note, former porn star Asia Carerra is also trying to pass the Bar exam in Texas…she actually has a degree or 2…she is some sort of semi autistic savant or something…but she’d has real actual degrees… I had a vice principle at one of high schools I attended, rich Jewish kid, very stereotypical sort very arrogant…went to Yale law school one of the top schools in the country, failed the Bar exam like 3 times, which was the hard limit back then…he had apparently gone into teaching as a way to dodge the draft during the Vietnam war…real prick…

I think Tera Patrick has a couple of degrees as well. I remember that French porn star Tabatha Cash now runs a media empire and also had a shot a politics (I think)
