buffalo_bill Posted March 3 Report Posted March 3 Commander Trump from the US military in the meantime got aware that during a war soldiers sometimes die and instructed the US public accordingly. He further promised there would not be any ground forces involved. He expects the Iranians to take over by themselves and I am watching what will happen. The mullahs command several million armed people ready to shoot at anything that moves. Gentlemen, may I introduce myself as the final expert on anything Iran due to a large Persian carpet I spent part of my youth on and which was further partially destroyed by one of our dogs at one corner due to permanent chewing. All the countries along the African coast of the Mediterranian sea have one problem in common which is that they are unable to organise themselves in some reasonable manner. Conflicting interests led by some popular local warlord shall split the area for ever unless another superhero arises from somewhere and replaces the previous dictator. Israel used to handle it different but they are also on the way down as it looks. The people from Iran belong to a more reasonable sort of mankind, many of them arrived in Germany in the meantime and appear to be looking for improving their life and not cause any trouble by putting knifes into bypassing people. Insofar there is a theoretical chance they might get things under control but unfortunately also the Iran shows a lot of conflict within the society. Donald´s concept to eliminate the leadership and all is fine will not work. 1
Coss Posted March 3 Author Report Posted March 3 From elsewhere - ... "Most of the people I spoke with think Trump has no strategy. They say Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio are way over their heads and that the Pentagon and state department and national security staff are in chaos. No one is in charge. Trump believes he can somehow pull this off because he thinks he’s smarter than everyone else, but he’s getting conflicting advice about ongoing strategy and maneuvers and making conflicting and inconsistent decisions. By this view, the only people with any sense of what’s happening are the generals and top Pentagon brass who are getting real-time reports from Iran, but they don’t have an exit strategy because they don’t think it’s their responsibility to decide when the US has been successful or what “success” even means. The generals are worried, however, that the conflict could deplete resources necessary to deal with other potential conflicts around the world. I was told repeatedly that this is a war without a plan, without a strategy, and without any clear understanding of where it leads or how it ends." ... Robert Reich, a former US secretary of labor, is a professor of public policy emeritus at the University of California, Berkeley.
buffalo_bill Posted March 4 Report Posted March 4 Gentlemen, now I am reading in the morning newspaper the CIA is planning to arm the local Kurds to push the revolutionary forces forward against the Ajatollahs forces. Man oh man, didn´t we see this before transferring the Irak, Libya and Syria into blooming democracies full of different ethnicities truely loving each other? Donald has no idea what he has started. 1
buffalo_bill Posted March 4 Report Posted March 4 Gentlemen, may I please comment again as Europe´s leading war commentator. Field Marshal Donald accompanied by the most able Field Marshal Hegseth from FOX war Enterprise Inc. are currently heading for the same fiasco as already have been sampled in Vietnam, Afghanistan and Libya. Throwing enormous war power on minor enemies should solve any problem the US used to think, but it did not work. The Iran sending slow moving and low flying drones start making problems for the Gulf air defense, mass production that currently is being used in the Ucraine war. Maybe President Donald should ring colleague President Wlodymyr in Kiew for help, he should know what it means. Some hardcore Putin friends start being worried because close friend Donald eliminated two beloved Russia allies Venezuela and Iran, now heading for Cuba. They no like. Xi from China also him no like because friends samesame. Same me no like because had to pay 96,60 € for a portion of gasoline. So we are three already, bad news for Donnie Duck. 1
