My latest batches of home brew, first pics are a “pre prohibition lager” and next is a nut brown ale. Usually comes out pretty good. Going to do a small batch of white wine and a red… wehn we get back in July. The lager brewing here in NorCal can be tricky as it is seldom cool enough to lager at a proper temperature. The “steam beers” San Francisco was once famous for, basically brewed beer, using beer yeast, but used ale casks and temperatures to brew it…a formula that seems to work. Will bottle this lager before heading to Thailand next week…Anyone else a home brewer or vintner..?

Do they sell popular brand beer kits where you are?

Some brands are available. Usually they elude to the brand. Tons of “clone” recipes available as well. Pick a brand and google it and you will usually come up with a few clones…
