When infrastructure become harmful or unsafe, nobody bats an eye when governments do something to protect us. The same needs to happen urgently for social media infrastructures. Now X is being run by Grok I found an interesting outcome after testing an idea for 2-3 weeks.

Some years ago marketing friend set up a Twitter account for a fund raising event I was holding. After the event which was a number of years ago it sat dormant. Probably around 6 months ago I began looking at it mainly because of the soap opera currently known as Trump 2.0. I found over time more and more of the feeds I was receiving were positive Trump posts. Most of them were presented as questions or comparisons of former Presidents, even the occasional references to the Pole Dancer. All completely inaccurate or blatant misinformation.

So over the last couple of weeks,I began replying to them all with 1 of 2 pictures and a small comment. Here's a couple of examples and I would get 15-20 every time I opened the app.

So my comment for the one on the left was "Pooping his pants on the golf course" and the one on the right was "No and this is why" accompanied by the following images.

And as of yesterday, I no longer receive posts relating to Trump.

On another note I gained over 1000 followers :rotl:
