Thailand has widened a nationwide investigation into foreign-linked companies holding land and condominiums across the kingdom.

The Department of Business Development is examining 36,277 landholding entities with foreign participation.

Together, those companies hold 305,838 plots covering 1,064,265.38 rai.

Crucially, investigators are now tracing ownership history, directors, financial statements and investment capital.
