  1. I hope that those endorsements bump Johnson to at least 15% in the polls. Then, he would be included in the debates and nationally give voters an alternative to Hillary/Donald. If Mitt and George W. Feel that strongly, I hope that they campaign for Johnson also.

Wouldn't Bush campaigning for anyone sink their hopes of winning?

  2. Well people in Holland seem to see some positive sides to it. Many parents say: I used to have to force my kids to go outside and play. Now they go by themselves and they walk a lot more. Same for many other people whom usually do not go outside.

Also many people all of a sudden notice interesting things in their own neighborhoods and total strangers start talking to each other!

It is not all bad about Pokemon Go.

Also the game is free and can be played for free for as long as you want. Only when you want to speed up the process of training and the such do you need to pay.

  3. The idiotic way Trump is acting seems to lend credence to the theory that he's a Democratic shill to ruin the Republicans. Can anyone really be as stupid as he seems to be these days? :wanker:

All the people cheering him obviously are :p

  4. of course one has the leaders one deserves.......same in every country, you guys are stuck with Merkel :)

Which is one of the best outcomes for a country. A strong decisive leader with a big feeling for social responsibility. I would love Merkel as PM in NL :p

  5. I'm flying so much currently I have Platinum/gold on two different networks (QANTAS and Thai) and silver on Virgin.

Am triple platinum and two silvers (almost three) ... Qatar, Turkish and KLM Platinum and Thai and Emirates silver and Hong Kong airlines almost silver :p

  6. They have had 4 successful landings of the rocket. Something no one else has done before. 2 of which were under very difficult circumstances at which they expected failure but pulled it off anyway. This is just one relatively small setback.

Watch SpaceX as they will probably beat any govt in sending humans too Mars. And they better hurry up before Trump and other right wing nuts on the rise in the world destroy the planet :(

  7. Really?

    Proof and not opinions required

Well I read it in a piece by a historian, can't find it.

But I also know somewhere where I saw it and I looked it up for you.

It is approx minute 28 into: "Brexit the Movie". Where they show how Britain was ruined economically by the 70's and that's why they joined the EU! That whole movie is full of half truths btw. So that might also be. But still it is fascinating as an argument .... by the 70ties after centuries of self rule we were devastated economically. So we joined the EU we are prosperous again now lets leave the EU and try it ourselves again *FACEPALM*

  8. Britain pre EU was near bankrupt. I guess it is where they will head to if they leave.

While the EU is not perfect, far from it. It is better than 26 nations squabbling with eachother and all making their own rules and regulations. The Euro is a blessing, certainly with the extortionate exchange rates in Europe. If you come to Europe and exchange money you will loose 10% on the exchange rate and a lot of money on top on commissions. I still do not understand why people not simply use ATM cards. It gets you way better rates anywhere in the world.

  9. Great news! If they pull it off they will be the first commercial company and prolly the biggest payload delivered to Mars ....

SpaceX plans to send its Dragon spacecraft to Mars as early as 2018, the company announced today — marking a major first step toward CEO Elon Musk’s goal of sending humans to the Red Planet. The company didn’t say how many spacecraft it will send, but hinted it would conduct a series of these Dragon missions and that it would release more details soon. In a tweet, the company indicated that the capsules would fly on SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket, a bigger version of its Falcon 9; the rocket will launch the capsules to the planet to test out how to land heavy payloads on Mars. If successful, the endeavor would make SpaceX the first private spaceflight company to land a vehicle on another planet.
