While Trump and Clinton were fund raising, the Green Party's Presidential candidate, Jill Stein, got herself arrested while protesting at the burial site in North Dakota. The last time that Hillary protested, LBj was President. Trump does his protesting by suing people.

Hugh O'brien, star of the first adult TV western, The Adventures of Wyatt Earp, and in countless movie and TV roles, has died at age 91. RIP! Wyatt Easp be an in 1955 and was cancelled in 1961, so I remember the latter years of the show.

Gene Wilder, who was in several Mel Brooks movies, like The Producers, Blazing Saddles and Young Frankinstein, died at age 83. He also teamed up with Richard Pryor for two movies and was the lead character in the children's classic Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

For those of you that can't get enough of Lochte, and can get television from the U.S., it's almost a lock that he will be on ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" next month. I don't think that I've been this excited about "Dancing" since Kisty Alley was on it.

It turns out that they lied about the amount of money taken; it was $50, not $400 that they gave to repair the door. On Sunday, Lochte told his mother the lie and she repeated it to the press. I don't think that his mother is very happy with her son right now.

No wonder Lochte got out of the country as soon as possible after the alleged robbery. It turns out that the trio had their cabbie stop at a gas station and, in the process, they damaged the bathroom door. They had an argument with the gas station manager, gave him some money (maybe the $400 that they claimed was stolen) and hightailed it back to the Olympic Village. A bad look at Americans that treat supposedly third world countries without any courtesy and then try to lie their way out of the situation (or buy their way out, which happens a lot in Thailand).

Even though it doesn't look like he will be included in the debates, I'm leaning toward voting for Johnson. It would be the second time I voted outside the two major parties for President. I voted for John Anderson in 1980.

Marion Christopher Berry, son of former Mayor of Washington DC, has died of a drug overdose at age 36. I wonder when the Mayor was doing crack, was he ever concerned about the example he was setting for his children? RIP!

Actor Kenny Baker, best known for his playing R2 D2 in six Star Wars installments, has died at age 81.

Wouldn't Bush campaigning for anyone sink their hopes of winning?

. Jen had George W. campaign for him in the South Carolina primary. Believe it or not, George W. is still popular in the South. Mitt is popular in Utah and maybe Mass. If Johnson can poll at least 15%, I may even vote for him as a protest vote. Being from Kansas, Trump would have to die in a plane crash not to win Kansas. My belief is that in 50 years, historians will be calling my generation a bunch of dumb s##ts for electing Bush, Clinton, Bush and Clinton over a 30 year period. I'm just glad that George Washington set the precedent for two term Presidents, with only FDR bucking the trend because of WWII. Otherwise, we might be addressing President Clinton this time next year as Queen Hillary.

I hope that those endorsements bump Johnson to at least 15% in the polls. Then, he would be included in the debates and nationally give voters an alternative to Hillary/Donald. If Mitt and George W. Feel that strongly, I hope that they campaign for Johnson also.

David Huddleston, best known as the title character in "The big Lebowski" and in "Blazing Saddles," has died at age 85.

. A better example would be Harding versus Kerrigan. Armstrong's advantage was mainly through better drugs. Harding did it the old fashioned way; allowing someone else take out her opponent and deny any knowledge of it.

Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate, has 10% of the polling voters saying that they are voting for him. Mitt Rommey is considering endorsing him. Johnson said a couple of the Bushes are also considering endorsing him. If he hits the 15% mark, he will be included in the debates. The consensus is that he will take more votes from Clinton than Trump. If he is included in the debates, it looks like we will have a President elected with less than 50% of the vote, just like in 1992, when slick Willie got about 43% of the vote.

Why wouldn't Jeff Begzos, the third richest man in the world, want Trump to be President? Particularly, if Trump does cut the tax rate, as he has promised to do. There's really only one question voters have to ask themselves before voting for either Hillary or the Donald; who would be better equipped to nominate 3-4 Supreme Court Justices over the next 8 years? The actual governing over the next 8 years is going to see a lot of gridlock, with not much getting done.

Friday or Saturday, Clinton was interviewed for several hours by the FBI. Concerning Slick Willy, he didn't happen to see Lynch's plane but heard it was going to land, waited for it and then contacted and boarded it to talk with Lynch for 30 minutes. For the President with the most attuned political instincts since FDR, and a lawyer, it's hard to believe that he didn't see the political fall out from his visit. Lynch will also pay a high price. If she wanted to be a Supreme Court nominee under a Hilary administration, she can kiss that goodbye, along with remaining Attorney General.

Michael Cimino, who directed Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, The Deer Hunter and Heaven's Gate, has died at age 77.
