sanukdee
Phad Thai is Thai Fried Noodles Here is an excerpt from the book "Thai Hawker Food" "Except for the price, this Thai dish makes no difference whether it is served in a cosy restaurant or a hawker stall. It is a favorite for lunch, dinner or even late night supper. Many stalls which exclusively sell Thai fried noodles are so popular that they are crowded most the time with huge throngs of phad Thai lovers. Going through each visible item in the dish is quite entertaining. The variety of ingrediants includes scrambled eggs, beansprouts, dried shrimps, garlic, diced beancurd, minced salted turnip and dry chili powder. This is a highly-recommended dish which the tourist should not overlook."
