trooper
I've been thinking of establishing a small company mainly for hobby and visa purposes and I've been trying to find out is it still possible to use nominee shareholders? Some say no problem, some say otherwise. A friend of a friend lawyer would do that for me in no time and for very little cost but is it likely that the officials crack down on it? Also according to that lawyer, required 2 million baht will never have to show on company's account, true or not? How is it done in paper?
WorldFun
trooper, all what you said sounds about - just follow the layers advice & you should be fine... now further to your advantage only 3 shareholders/nominies needed vs. the 7 previously I believe cheers!
