sfinkz
That's it, for Brazilian Portugese at least, subject 'I' is eliminated (only included for 'I am' (estou)). And 'portugues' is lower case except there would be a diacritical mark over the 'e', (^). What's it called?

sfinkz
Can't see it. My fonts are whacky. Anything non-English (or Japanese) comes out looking like an ink blot Kanji. But that's it. Circumflex. Seems to be a generic term to include a few such marks but, in this case, it's definetely the pointy, not the squiggly or small bender, and, yes, above the 'e'.
