Flashermac
Takky was an outsider who tried to muscle his way into the top families. They weren't haven't it. If he'd had enough sense to realise that, he wouldn't have tried to threaten their control. He was the bull in the China shop.
YimSiam
Ah, now we have common ground on this stuff - absolutely: sneaky-eyed, perfidious, pilfering bull in the China shop.
jitagawn
"Some of the "men in black" who launched attacks during the political unrest in 2010 offered to reveal the mastermind in exchange for millions of baht, Democrat Party politician Thaworn Senneam said yesterday. Thaworn claimed to have been approached by four of the armed militants who took part in the violent - sometimes deadly - attacks during the 10 weeks of street protests by red shirts protesters against the Democrat-led government led by Abhisit Vejjajiva four years ago."" Geez... for hire criminals BRAZENLY extorting money FROM THE POLICE for information ... BALLSY ...TIT Wouldn't the cops just beat it( the no) out of them??? :dunno: I must have missed something here...
Flashermac
Presumably, the poobah who hired the "men in black" is so powerful that the police don't dare touch him. The hired gunmen want millions for spilling the beans, so they can either go to another country or build a strong enough wall of protection around them from their boss's retaliation. p.s. It tells you something when Chalerm outright insists that the "men in black" never even existed, despite the videos of them attacking the soldiers.
