yfs
Been thinking about buying a house, but I really don't want to live in a cinder block house. Has anyone bought or looked into pre fabricated housing? Does it exist there? FYI, I'm aware of the restrictions on farangs owning property in Thailand. Flashermac
I've seen some places advertising prefab Thai style wooden houses. They're not all that expensive. I did a google and this came other. There are other sites too though. http://www.thaweephan-prefab.com/#

Flashermac
I've seen display lots of the wooden houses in Nonthaburi. I'll keep my eye open for them now. They seem to be mostly this type: http://thailannahome.com/prices.html
yfs
At those prices (and size) I'd buy two. One for me and one for the tilac and her (visiting) family.

YimSiam
In my business, we do a ton of pre-fab housing - but doubtful it would meet your specs... http://www.bettershelter.org/product/
