Central Scrutinizer
OH? Julian? Josh? Chuck? You guys up for this? I may give it a go as well. This hotel is very posh, has won awards for their wine cellar and has fine French cuisine. Might be fun! Only 6 weeks or so left to get it done and send it in. Central Scrutinizer
I'd think they mean anywhere, but possibly not. Why? You mave a story about Mom Tri's Boathouse mentioning Champagne and Plato somewhere out there on the net? Come on ya lazy bugger! Write it from scratch! Only 1,000 to 1,500 words. :smirk: Cent p.s. Maybe I can add some dialogue to one of my stories where I just tell my wife I am entering a writing contest where I can throw in the key words and have done with it? Nah, too much editing. I don't have any that short I think.

Weird
Jeez, 1000-1500 words is like an intro.
Central Scrutinizer
Weird, Yeah, short story. To put it in perspective Old Hippy's story '40 Year Dream' -see here: http://www.thailandstories.com/article/fiction/40-year-dream.html which won the NanaPlaza.com story contest last year is 609 words in length. So double that would work fine. Cent
