DocThai
I went condo shopping a few months back as my lease was up and I was considering moving. Wittayu Complex was an absolute nightmare. The property right next to it owns the parking lot, so you can't even get close to the place without paying 100 baht an hour "mafia" parking... even if you go in for two minutes. Yes.. this means if you go in with a taxi it's 100 baht. There is NO parking space even for the condo owners. So if you go grocery shopping etc, or it's raining etc.. you either pay 100 baht or you get dropped off on the main street and walk. This explains why there are dozens of condos for sale in the place and rentals are fairly low. Buyer/renter beware...
TheBelgianDog
I did not know about the taxi having to pay (I asked today and they confirmed that you have to pay 100 baht to enter if you use a taxi) There are parking available for condo owners. When I had to enter with big stuff I only had to let the security guard write down the vehicule's plate number. As I do not own a car I never worried as a tenant about parking space. There are many condos for sale (but the building is huge too) By the way the complex has just been renovated
