radioman
Yeah yeah yeah RTFA etc, did that but couldn't find what I'm after, bad search terms maybe. Anyways... Need a place for 1 night. Something in the Bht1500-2500 range located uper Suk, above 21 anyway. Will be checking in with my support team so expect to spend the entire night in the room. A friend has recommended Tai-Pan on 23, any comments? Heard good things about Dynasty Grande but that's way down in the danger zone so off limits for me. Ani suggestions welcome, thanks. Cheers M. YimSiam
Tai Pan has been, in my experience, pretty rundown lately. I like the Novotel Lotus on soi 33, but it's slightly more than you want to pay. Maybe look at Windsor Suites? cheers, YimSiam
radioman
ThanksYim, Lotus has a rate for 2600 which is ok but on the web suggests room is 2 singles and cannot seem to change it, may give them a call to check. Will look at Windsor too. Ta. Cheers, M
YimSiam
Not to be too much of a promoter (as I certainly have nothing to do with the site), but I know that Thai Hotel Discounts does Novotel reservations, and may be able to get you what you need, and at a good price. Worth a try. Anyway, I'm sure Tim was about to chime in... YimSiam

radioman
Decided to go with Amari Atrium. Not on Suk but near enough for my purposes, in fact maybe slightly beter that it is just that bit out of the way. Online rate was US$54+10%+7%. Even if they use a stiff rate that's not so bad methinks. Thanks for the useful inputs guys. Much appreciated. Cheers, M.
