limbo
It's all in Dutch in De Volkskrant but Vitesse is now owned by Georgian Merab Jordanian and the ambitions of the club that at the beginning of the season where to not go down have now been adjusted to win the title within 3 years and play CL games. Back to the good old times when I had my season ticket and they had a run for a couple of years of ending 4th and play Uefa cup games. Oh, Jordanian has been accused of tax evasion and corruption when he was director of the Georgian FA.
waerth
From what I read he is a dangerous bastard. Wouldn't want to do business with someone like him! Walter
Steve
The club has money now but have they sold their soul. What do you make of it Limbo for our club? Also, there isn't a rich person from any of the former soviet republics that isn't a little crooked. Its a given.
limbo
Just take what you cab get, they can be worse than the a former Thai person who owned Man City for a short while. As you say Steve, those former Soviet republics and the Soviet Union itself have provided some crooked business owners, just make the best out of it.
