HKG is the only airport where you have to change trains, coming from the china ferries or the additional check in building... the ride is longer than in O'Hare from the International Terminal and going to let's say the two UA terminals... Too much hassle and they're no cheaper for booze if you live in Asia anyway. More important to me is good reasonably priced places to have a drink or something to eat and generally pleasant easy to navigate surroundings.
