You are probably right.  Prostituting herself overseas may not be punishable when she returns to US.  It is a minor crime.  However, I think some of the more serious crimes can be prosecuted in the US even if they are committed abroad.

Prostitution is illegal in USA with the exception Nevada.  Would this be considered prostitution?  She could be in legal trouble if she lives in USA.

You shouldn't take my statement about Thai BGs literally.  It's a hyperbole.

I'm not trying to insult you.  I'm trying to help out.  A good writer should understand the difference between who and whom and how to use them in a sentence.

I imagine if you have an exceptional talent for writing, grammar may be a minor issue that can be corrected by a proof reader.
