Trumbo [2015]
Award winning biopic that comes across as too sugared up and self-indulgent for some covering the one of Hollywood’s top writers battling the dark ages of McCarthyism.

The Founder [2016]
Biopic of Ray Krok, founder of the McDonalds hamburger franchise at first seems dull with the usual Hollywood clichéd Americana imagery from the 1950’s but engages with a good lead performance and the confrontational scenes with the McDonalds brothers.

-
The Filth and The Fury [2000]
Only recently had time to sit and watch this. A well-put together rock-documentary covering the late 70’s era and the rise and fall of the Sex Pistols during that period.
