We have a car here. The one brother in law keeps or uses it while we are gone. Mainly he gets it for 9 months or so every year. He does the maintenance and insurance on it

His apartment has parking, covered to boot. Now the town we live near, it's getting worse. Parking has steadily getting worse. We have learned where the pay parking lots are and at times we use them. They are even getting full more and more.

I have learned, not the hard way, thank goodness that the basket, chair or other items in a spot means that it is reserved for someone else and don't try parking there.

Problem is there are way too many vehicles for which the roadways and parking can not accommodate now.
