Bembaman
I have a really old Olympus which was expensive in its time and takes great pictures. It seems the electronic controller chip or whatever it is has gone and i am being quoted 2,000 baht to fix it. For all I know this is a reasonable quote but I would like to get a second quote as at that price i would probably not fix it-good as it is, it is big and heavy and modern cameras of similar quality are cheap and light. Anyone got any ideas where i could try and get it fixed on the cheap?
gene1944
There was another request for camera repair shops a few weeks ago and several places were noted.

steffi
Sounds like an OM series SLR just guessing ;-) People like the averaging spot meters on this camera. You could ask at FotoFile groundfloor at MBK I'm sure they can direct you to the right place.
