Guest Posted July 12, 2001 Report Share Posted July 12, 2001 Hi guys, I am planning to spend 2-4 months in the LOS Starting in August and am thinking of getting a monthly rental in Pattaya. Anyone have any suggestions. Currently, the two that are interesting me the most are Yensabi Condo and Viewtalay(Jomtien). Anyone have any recommendations/advice etc. Basically I only want to pay about 10000baht a month after all is said and done and kinda would like to have a kitchen but that's not critical. Also curious about possible differences in "high" season vs. "low" season prices for monthly rentals. I'm thinking of spending all summer in Pattaya next year. I met a guy in Pattaya at christmas whoco runs Scots bar the the scottish bar on second road near the walking street end. Check out www.pattayamail.com in the rentals section and look for a guy called something like "pattayarentaplace" or something similar. I think his name is Heiner?
