The one I have now is 142 Sq M + a reasonable sized balcony has 3 x Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, (one has no shower) large kitchen,3 x AC units, Good wardrobes, parquet floors and good standard of finish, great managment, Massive pool and associated pool area, plenty of parking.
