That has the sembalance of making sense, which is good enough for policy decisions here. I know when Soi 10 was demolished, many in my office were not sad to see it go - too visible. Face Face Face. It sounds as though Pattaya is becoming even more relaxed, or at least that is what another thread here suggests. Maybe things are actually returning to normal. We can only hope.
