jasmine
[color:"red"] I wonder what he said about it to his next employer? Sounds like a turd... Philosophical conflict? [color:"red"] Most mistakes come from the client.. You need to understand that our clients are home grown government personnel who does not have time to learn the expertise and whatever decisions they make, it is NOT going to reflect on their performance. Why do you think the Configuration Management and Disaster Recovery concepts are in demand now? It takes fear of losing data to get organized and prepared and that is what is happening now here. By the way, we contractors say "It is better to convince the clients that your ideas are really THEIR IDEAs". Cheers!
bibblies
Government personnel? My sympathies... For me, public sector clients are the worst - they never know what they want, only what they don't, and they're afraid to make any sort of decision...
