Guest
Looking for airconditioned room at 10-20 US dollars per day, near nightlife scene and Thai embassy if possible. Any recommendations?
Guest
Taxi and motos are cheap, so you might not need to stay close to the nightlife and embassy unless you want to walk to them. Anyway, Martini, Sharkys , K11 and 63rd are all in different parts of town. My hotel recommendation is Big Luck (formerly Hong Kong) for $25 US. They take credit cards for a small fee. Have safe boxes, good A/C and frig. Get a room on the 5th floor if you like beautiful wood floors as I do. Other floors are carpeted. The hotel is one block from a grocery where you can buy most things you need, like beer, condoms and junk food for the girls.

Guest
Many hotels around in this bracket. Lucky Star (as recommended by pattayaman), New York, New Paris Hotel (imo a bit off the track) and many more.
dddave
The Paris Hotel on Kampuchea Krom (Not to be confused with smaller New Paris Hotel) has spacious, clean rooms and a decent in house fishbowl massage. $20.00 Free airport pick-up if you ask. dj
Guest
Ooops, that what I was referring to. It was very popular with the penhball board. Imo, not the best but still acceptable.
Guest
I paid $15.00 at Paris about 6 months ago. Nice rooms and decent location. Fredro
chicagogato
Paris Hotel. Great room, nice restaurant, user friendly. If you need a moto ask for Mr. Vah outside the hotel. He owns a car and a moto. Very reasonable.
