I knew about the guy from what irate farang neighbours told me, though never saw this little girl, so it was hard to act personal on it, but yes, some denouncing had been going on. 6 months on, I was still seeing the guy still moving about the neighbourood, I just thought people had been gossiping, and there was nothing in the charges. Good News, but I mean, 6 months to nail a guy, and thais in the bldg were rather non-plussed about the need to act (fuck'em!)...
