zanemay
Having a bit of a problem with my rented Pattaya condo these days. I am in a unit that has construction in a unit above and there is a large building being put up nearby. It is a terrible "view" and as of yesterday work continued around the clock with hammering and a big, noisy construction crane. One is not protected from construction anywhere in LOS. So I am thinking about bugging out of here entirely to somewhere in or near Pattaya. Very reasonable price. I'll be here til Christmas. I want a great swimming pool that is well maintained. Cost per night? Cost per month?
ALHOLK
Hi! Diana Estate maybe. They're conveniently located and I think they have at least two swimming pools. They're not cheapest in town but considering the location they're not unreasonable. regards ALHOLK
Guest
Zane, If your budget is really low try the Flipper Lodge on Soi 7. Normal rate is about 500-600 Thb but you can do better on a long stay rate. They have two pools one was under renovation about 9 months ago when I was there. You may also try the Siam Bayshore of South Pattaya. I have never stayed but a good friend of mine recommends it. It will cost you more than Thb 1000 per night but I'm not sure of the rate for long stays. Hope this helps.
ALHOLK
Hi! A couple of years ago the Siam Bayshore charged joiner fees and displayed a generally bad attitude against over night guests. Of course this could have changed but I wouldn't bank on it. regards ALHOLK
