No Party Too Far -- Part 15

Livin' way up now in a hotel high,

Our steaks are rare and our martinis dry.

Folks below they say it ain't fair.

Hell with them, I really don't care.

Tropical island in the deep blue sea,

The natives are friendly and the lobster's free.

Sipping cognac like a French king,

Plenty of room, I own the whole thing.

Ain't this the life?

"Are you rearry? I'm rearry! Ret's go!!" Sip is on the phone again this morning making sure Ant Man and MikeM33607 are up and ready to go to breakfast. Sip is a delight. She's like having a different girl every day, only better.

All good things must come to an end, and today was the last day at the NanaCabana. Without a doubt, the last few days relaxing by the Hard Rock Hotel pool has been one of the best vacations I've ever had. A pretty girl at my side, drinks and snacks available at the snap of the fingers, pleasant weather, a great pool with a swim-up bar, and live bands on the pool stage; it just don't get better than that.

Sip and I spent the entire day at the NanaCabana while Ant Man hid out with the superstar, and I think MikeM33607 made a round of the Pattaya's massage parlors again.

A little after noon it started to sprinkle, but Sip and I couldn't care less; we were high and dry in the NanaCabana.

While we were trying to saw a few logs in the NanaCabana, there arose a great noise on Beach Road. Today, a Gay Pride parade was scheduled to go down Beach Road and wind its way through Pattaya. It looked like the entire show was delayed because of the rain.

Go-go boys, katoeys in showgirl outfits, and assorted others ran from the floats to hide from the rain under the Hard Rock Cafe awnings. Sip and I had fun watching people hide from the rain, but it was soon time to go up to the room to take our afternoon nap.

Dinner tonight was at a restaurant on Walking street called the Lobster Pot. The food was very good, and the cool breeze coming off the water was priceless.

After dinner we walked around a little and ended up in front of Spicy Girls Too. I suggested MikeM33607 could have some fun at Spicy Girls Too but I thought I should give it a pass with Sip in tow. So MikeM33607 braved Spicy Girls Too alone while Sip at I hung out at Giligin's

Sip picked a seat by the monkey's cage. Of course it didn't take long for me to forget all about the monkey after I started watching the girls on the stage. I spread out a little and got comfortable watching the show.

Many of the girls remember Sip ringing the bell yesterday, and came by to say hello and pay their respects. I think Sip really enjoyed being the queen of the bar. It was interesting to watch her whole demeanor change when the girls would stop by to give her a wai.

And that's when the monkey grabbed me. It didn't hurt me or anything, but it did indeed startle me. That monkey was surprisingly fast and quite strong for its size.

The whole incident made me feel even more sad for the little guy. I was sure it didn't want to hurt me; the little guy just wanted some attention. Well, that's what I choose to believe.

The mamasan paid her respects to Sip, and I asked her if I could feed the monkey. Somehow she thought I wanted her to cook the monkey so I could eat it. When we straightened that out and all stopped laughing, she said she would send one of the girls out to buy some fruit for 20 baht.

The server girl quickly returned with the fruit. Boy howdie, those girls sure get a hell of a lot more fruit for 20 baht than I can from the street vendors!

We put them on foot-long sticks, and fed the monkey little pieces of banana, papaya, and pineapple. That really helped to calm the monkey down.

I sure would like to believe they're taking good care of the little guy, but I really wonder. It can't be good for the monkey to spend his whole life in a go-go bar with all the cigarette smoke and loud music.

Sip was quite good about letting me play with other girls in the bar even while she was there but with the face she gained, I think none of the girls wanted to risk playing with me. Sip was getting tired and Giligin's just wasn't as much fun for me as it was before, so I told Sip to wait at Giligan's while I went next door to check on MikeM33607.

Stepping through the curtain, I could see MikeM33607 had a little cutie on his knee.

Another step into the bar and I was spotted by the two girls from last night. They both ran into my waiting arms and after some hugs and sniffs, started taking each others clothes off. God, how I love this country...

I got the girls a drink and started to get into the swing of things. A moment before I reached into my pocket to barfine both of them, I remembered Sip was waiting back at Giligin's -- damn! Well, maybe not this trip but I'm definitely going back!!

I asked MikeM33607 if he was okay, and he said he was. I said I was pretty beat and wanted to head back to the hotel. He thought that was a great idea, and as he already had barfined the girl on his knee said he would join us.

I grabbed Sip out of Giligin's, and the four of us headed down to Second Road to grab a baht bus.

Back in the room, and after Sip bathed me, we got comfortable on the bed.

All of a sudden she bolted out of the bed, grabbed a newspaper, and handed it to me. She said she wanted me to read to her, but as soon as she got back in bed she took the paper back and started reading it to me! It didn't matter the article, Sip wanted to read the entire paper from first page to last.

It was actually quite a bit of fun to be laying in bed with Sip, helping her sound out the words, and explaining what they meant.

Although it was entirely my pleasure, the evening got even better when Sip showed her appreciation for helping her read.

Ain't this the life?
