I remember to have read somewhere that the border between these countries are not open to tourists. If the borders are open however, is it possible to obtain a visa for cambodia at the border or is it necessary to obtain one beforehand? Any info is much appreciated! I just mean, always safe for your friends to double/triple-inquire about the latest info on border-crossing before to make the crossing.
