This night, at Robinsons, Sukh, 19:00 many people were waiting outside the shopping-centre. It was heavily raining. Not one out of 10 taxis was willing to turn on the meter. I ended using the back-door (no, not this one!) and hopped in a taxi: "You want meter? At this time? It is raining!". However, I persisted and it worked.
