limbo Posted October 17, 2003 Report Share Posted October 17, 2003 If you're a Dutch citizen and have fake stamps in your passport and need a new passport, if you hand in your passport reqeusting a new one, the embassy will only issue a laissez passer document for Holland with which you can leave the Kingdom, no entry possible.
