If ask anyone they will tell refer you to an "agent" noraml rental agencies don't exist outside of BKK. But there are plenty of nice places to rent there, new subdivisions where houses have been brought on spec and now want to rent out. There is one on the way out of town (towards Chok Chai) on a road that goes to the left, sorry can't be more specific but it had nice houses for rent, Thai style but OK all the same.
