Already have R/T USA-BKK taken care of with FF miles, so what's the cheapest way to get these local flights (for example, BKK-Vientiane-Saigon-Bangkok)?? I can book from the USA using either a travel agent or the internet, but it always seems that it's cheaper to purchase tickets like this locally. Maybe a BKK travel agent?
