bkkgeorge Posted June 5, 2001 Report Share Posted June 5, 2001 Hi, I always prefer the Amari hotels, stayed there in Pattaya, Samui, Phuket. They are good value for money. The one in Phuket is on the south end of Patong beach, 15 minutes walk to the nightlife. If you stay 2 nights or more consider the holiday package, which includes daily ABF, return airport transfer and one dinner and comes for about 2500 THB a night (additional nights less than that). Guest Posted July 9, 2001 Report Share Posted July 9, 2001 does anyone here have information on the phuket grand tropicana? it's supposed to be at patong.. has anyone stayed there before? is it guest friendly? how close to the action? i've done a search.. and there's nothing on the place. would appreciate if anyone can help... cheers. ps. what's the weather/sanuk like in phuket these days?
