These are "normal" airlines rates I often check at travelocity.com. Prices were ex Brussels in Bef and converted to British pound at 67.5 Bef to the pound. Should not make much of a difference from other european cities.

I do not like making reservations thru Travelocity though, to many screens you have to walk thru before you are advised there are no seats on the particular day and airline chosen.

I use travelprice.com based on airline rates found at travelocity. It's only one screen, I only mention dates within the rate condition, the answer are available seats ordered by increasing price/airline. I check if the cheapest price is within the rate from travelocity, if higher I modify dates and start over again.

Any travel agency should try to find you "best price" seats. Just knowing airline rates beforehand gives you an advantage. It's difficult to track all of the rates with any airline. Deals can be found with "exotic" airlines (besides Aeroflop) with stops in places such as Istanbul or Dhaka for 6 to 12 hours and it takes a lot of research to find them and not many travel agents are willing to look into these (they get a commission for a living)
