I have a day off on Saturday and would like to visit the place and return on the same day. Ideally I would like to get an early bus out of Pattaya to Bangkok (Moorchit or Ekamai) and then a bus from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi. If this is not possible I will just hire a car. Guest Posted July 31, 2001 Report Share Posted July 31, 2001 Bit of a trek in one day if you're using public transport. There are a/c buses every 10-15 mins from Southern Bus Terminal, Thonburi side.
