Guest
I am presently in the Kingdom on a 60 day Visa, and would like to extend it. Does anyone have up to date information on doing this? Cost? Number of days it can be extended for? Where (Main Thai Imigration Office, I assume)? Anything else that might be pertinent and/or useful? lopburi3
30 day extension will cost 1,900 baht and require filling out a form/photo at any immigration office. If in Bangkok that would be Suan Phu.
gregchambers
After the 30 day extension runs out you can also get a 14 day extension and when that runs out a 7 day extension... both priced at 1900 baht. If you have a decent passport there is never a problem at immigration for the 30 day extension, figure 15 to 30 minutes but you will need a photocopy of your passport and visa details plus a photo of yourself. Guest
Thanks. I may just do a Visa run, or sorts, instead. I have have been contemplating a short side trip to AC, anyway. The 30 day airport visa on return would take me past my LOS departure date. Merry Christmas to all.
